Job Report Pro (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a job management tool for companies and the workers they employ. This policy explains what information the app collects, why it collects it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Job Report Pro apps for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS and the web.

Who controls your data

When you use Job Report Pro as a worker, the company that invited you is the owner of the job records you take part in. We store and process that information on their behalf. If you want your data corrected or removed, you can contact us directly or ask the company you work for.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us), your role (company administrator or worker), and an optional profile picture.
• Company information — company name, logo, members and the join codes used to add workers.
• Job information — job titles, descriptions, addresses, dates, status, assignments, applications, and the completion notes you write.
• Photos and files — pictures you attach to a job or send in the job room, together with the generated PDF reports.
• Messages — the text and images you send in a job room.
• Ratings and reviews — the rating and comments a company and a worker leave for each other after a job.
• Technical information — basic diagnostic data such as the app version, platform and crash information, used to keep the app working.

We do not collect payment card details. Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile apps are handled by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat; we only receive whether a subscription is active.

How we use it

• To create and run your account and keep you signed in.
• To show jobs to the right people, let workers apply and let companies assign work.
• To deliver messages and photos between a company and its workers.
• To generate the PDF job report at the end of a job.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

Inside the app, your information is visible to the company you belong to and to the workers assigned to the same job. Reviews you leave are visible to the person or company being reviewed. Nothing you post is public.

We share data with service providers only so the app can function:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage) — hosting, sign-in and file storage. See the Firebase privacy information.
• RevenueCat — subscription status on mobile.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure used by Firebase, which may be located outside your country. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted by Google.

How long we keep it

Job records, messages and photos are kept while the company’s account is active, so that completed job reports remain available. If you delete your account we remove your profile and stop processing your personal information; job records that belong to a company may be retained by that company.

Your choices and rights

• You can view and change your name, profile picture, email address and password in the app’s Settings.
• You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information linked to it.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or restrict the use of your data. Write to us and we will act on the request.

Children

Job Report Pro is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and, for significant changes, tell you inside the app.
