This page explains how to delete your Job Report Pro account and exactly what happens to your data. It applies to the Job Report Pro apps for Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and the web (developer: Job Report Pro App, package com.kc.jobreportapp.jobreportapp).

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

1. Open Job Report Pro and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Scroll to the bottom, to Account → Danger Zone.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you are asked to sign in again first, that is a security check — sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps.

Or ask us to delete it for you

If you cannot sign in, email kamranshabbirofficial@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Job Report Pro account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your membership of a company	Removed immediately; you no longer appear in their team
Jobs, job-room messages, site photos and PDF reports	Kept by the company that owns them (see below)

Why some job records stay. Job Report Pro is a tool companies use to run their own work. A job, its messages, its site photos and the finished PDF report belong to the company that posted the job, not to the individual worker — they are that business’s record of work carried out for their customer. Deleting your account removes you and your profile, but it does not erase the company’s record of jobs that were completed.

If you want that job content removed as well, ask the company you worked for — they can delete the jobs from their own dashboard. If they will not, email us and we will help.

Deleting a company account

If you are a company administrator, deleting your account removes your own profile. To have the whole company workspace removed — every job, message, photo and report belonging to it — email us from the administrator address and say so explicitly. We will confirm before anything is deleted, because it cannot be undone.
